Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

* Rebate validation and controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborating with Lenovo Finance Teams, Business Teams, and Lenovo Business Partners to provide GTN/financial support and ensure seamless operations
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
* Data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and SQL (Power BI/SQL Studio, etc.) to drive business insights and inform decision-making
* Participating in financial reviews after closing, providing expert analysis and recommendations
* Collaborating with our teams and local CFOs to ensure accuracy and compliance, and participating in quarter-end closing activities
* Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including projects and process enhancements

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
* Experience in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field, with a foundation in financial concepts and principles, and (ideally) a financial education background.
* Advanced Excel skills and analytical skills, Proficiency in SAP is an advantage
* Reporting skills, Experience in SQL (Power BI/SQL Studio, etc.) is welcome
* Strong ownership and attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with internal teams and Business Partners.
* Fluent English at a business level.
