Senior Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join the AkvisIO team at Kistler. AkvisIO is our software platform used by customers worldwide to collect, synchronize, and analyze process data from injection molding environments. The platform gives manufacturers visibility into their injection molding processes - realtime sensor data, statistical process metrics, and tools to evaluate measurements across production cycles.

What You'll Work On:

• Build new features end-to-end across the full stack, from designing backend services in .NET 8 to implementing React-based frontends that help customers make sense of complex process data.
• Develop high-performance data visualizations using SciChart, turning large volumes of real-time sensor and process data into clear, actionable views.
• Work with process and statistical data, implementing features around sensor measurements and statistical metrics.
• Collaborate in a Scrum team of 8 developers, participating in planning, estimation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of how we build software.
• Support on-premise deployments, ensuring what you build works reliably in real production environments at customer sites.
• Maintain and improve code quality through testing, CI practices, and managing technical debt as the product grows.

Team: A mid-sized Scrum team working closely together on the AkvisIO product
Tooling: We invest in modern development tools - JetBrains IDEs (Rider, WebStorm), Visual Studio, and AI-assisted development with Claude Code.
What makes it interesting: You'll work with real-time industrial sensor data and statistical process control - building software that directly impacts how manufacturers monitor and optimize their processes. As the product matures, there's room to explore AI-driven capabilities and help define that direction.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience with fullstack development - whether you're a few years in or deeply senior, we're open to different levels of experience.
• Solid skills in C#/.NET and React (or strong equivalents with willingness to learn).
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required - what matters most iswhat you can do.
• Comfort working in a team that values clean code and iterative delivery.
• Interest in data-heavy applications, real-time systems, or manufacturing/process data is a strong plus.
