Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Your Role:

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Business Controller to serve as the analytical backbone of our operations. You won’t just be reporting on the past; you will be forecasting the future. You will partner closely with our sales leaders to optimize margins and manage risk in a fast-paced trading environment. We are looking for a hands-on Manager who combines strong business controlling capabilities with ownership of accounting and financial operations

Your Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide rolling monthly forecasts to maintain visibility on future performance.

Monthly closing: Direct the month-end closing process in accordance with Group reporting standards, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.

Group Collaboration: Own the delivery of accurate and timely financial data to Group Accounting Manager and Group Controller in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports at Group level, providing the necessary data and information on time.

Team Oversight: Lead and mentor the accounting team (2 people), ensuring the accuracy of daily bookkeeping and the integrity of financial data.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse monthly KPIs—specifically gross margins, overheads, and net profitability—to ensure the business remains on its strategic path.

Business Partnership: Act as a co-pilot to Business Leaders by developing performance indicators that drive organizational excellence.

Inventory & Working Capital: Closely monitor inventory turnover and cash flow cycles. You will be responsible for a bi-weekly cash flow forecast, which is the heartbeat of our trading liquidity.

Process Improvement: As a small company, we are always evolving. You will help automate reporting and refine our internal controls.
