Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to join our team and support our customer’s business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business users to design and create insightful dashboards tailored to business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data reporting technologies, hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or QlikView, and a keen ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data visualizations.

You will:

• Communicate effectively with various business units to understand, clarify, and deliver on their data visualization needs.
• Design, create, and optimize dashboards using Qlik Sense or QlikView to present actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in the developed reports and dashboards.
• Utilize a strong technical understanding of data reporting technologies, including SQL, to work with data sets and understand underlying data structures (no development required but strong comprehension is needed).
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing dashboards and reports.
• Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and business intelligence.
• Leverage any process mining knowledge to contribute to process optimization and mining initiatives.(Optional but desirable)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience with Qlik Sense or QlikView.
• Experience in building dashboards (junior level is acceptable).
• Strong understanding of SQL. While development is not required, a robust understanding of data querying, structure, and analysis is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hungarian or German language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data analysis, visualization, and business-oriented results.
• Familiarity with business intelligence best practices and experience working on BI-related projects.
  
• Prior experience in process mining is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player. 
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
