Recruiter technical professions (bilingual)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a new colleague who wants to build with us different approach to recruitment and become a part of our team in beautiful city of Liptovsky Mikulas,  Slovakia. We are a staffing agency combined with subcontracting company specialized for placing technical professions from mid,east - EU countries to top clients in Netherland.

Main advantage is our quality, reliability and fair-play with people who are moving us forward with good references.

This is an on-site job, remote possibilities are partially opened but not sooner than year after knowing the culture and fully understanding company processes and taking full responsibilities for own decisions. 

All this can be done after reaching certain KPI's. 

Ideal person 

- We really strongly prefer experiences on similar position or someone who was previously in same shoes like our technicians and wants to grow in a bit different direction + MUST IS ENGLISH and other EU country language 

- takes responsibility for their actions all the time, 

- can control their own emotion- is fresh-minded, good speaker and listener and negotiator

- is able to asses situation as a complex and make a decision with a team

- is working with uncertain information and deadlines in a high speed changing environment  where every day is different

- is ready to say no when this is required 

- speaks fluent English (next to English, speaking Polish or Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian or any other ) and able to work in multicultural environment

You will deal with skilled professionals such as welders, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, cnc programmers and machinists, electro technicians, plumbers, air duct fitters, industrial scaffolders, isolators etc..

These are mostly experienced people from different EU countries with high expectations and need for good service and demand for clear instructions. Your job is to be a recruiter, psychologist, partner, support and manager of expectations in giving our partners (workers) the best from the market.

Regular tasks :
- Pre-selection of candidates via emails and (most important) phone calls / video calls

- Making, understanding, enriching and translating of resumes into English language

- Daily communication with internal employees

- Daily communication (support) with candidates and clients in The Netherlands

- Issues/ requests solving with service/support team onsite

- Daily work with ATS system and an internal database

- Regular work trips to The Netherlands (2-3 times a year
