O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our client base within the recruitment industry. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing long-term relationships with organizations seeking recruitment services.


Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management-

•Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries and sectors

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and C-level executives

•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments to understand recruitment requirements

•Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures

Business Growth & Strategy-

•Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets

•Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

•Identify new service opportunities and market segments for expansion

•Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions

Sales & Revenue Generation-

•Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

•Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients

•Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

•Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM systems

Partnership Development-

•Build strategic partnerships with complementary service providers

•Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows

•Represent the company at professional associations and business forums

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field

•Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or B2B professional services

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

•Knowledge of English and Slovak language is mandatory. Knowledge of German language is an advantge but not a requirement

Skills & Competencies-

•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

•Strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen

•Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

•Understanding of recruitment processes and HR industry trends
