About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person who will support our sales team by helping prepare personalized video outputs for clients.

This role helps make sure the right video solution is prepared correctly in the background after the sales process. You will help turn client needs into actual video deliverables by working with our internal system, checking details, following workflows, and making sure outputs are accurate and ready for approval.

This is not a traditional sales role and not a pure creative video editing role. It is a coordination and execution role for someone who is organized, precise, and comfortable working with digital tools and structured processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales process by preparing personalized video outputs based on internal assignments

  • Work with the internal admin system to build and prepare video outputs for individual client needs

  • Translate sales input and internal requirements into correct video setup steps in the system

  • Review entered information carefully and make sure all details are complete and accurate

  • Prepare video outputs according to internal guidelines, priorities, and quality standards

  • Perform checks and adjustments to ensure consistency, correctness, and overall quality

  • Review completed outputs before final internal approval

  • Maintain accurate records and follow structured internal workflows

  • Communicate with relevant team members when updates, corrections, or clarifications are needed

  • Help ensure that each prepared output is accurate, complete, and ready for internal delivery

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Requirements:

  • German language – Intermediate (B1/B2)

  • English language – Intermediate (B1/B2)

  • Good computer skills and confidence working with internal systems and digital tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured way

  • Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility

  • Ability to work independently and reliably

  • No special education is required

  • Previous experience in an administrative, backoffice, coordination, operations, or content-related role is an advantage, but not required
