Spare parts manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Spare Parts Manager to support Chery's dealer network and aftersales operations in Slovakia.

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient supply and management of spare parts across the dealer network, contributing to a high standard of aftersales service and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with dealers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and technical issues, optimize parts availability, and support the successful launch and ongoing development of the Chery brand in the Slovak market.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in building a strong aftersales infrastructure and establishing long-term partnerships with dealers during a period of growth and expansion.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• manage spare parts supply, inventory and availability

• coordinate parts orders with the manugfacturer and logistics team

• maintain accurate parts catalogues and pricing lists

• support dealers with parts identification, quotations and orders

• monitoring stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

• analyse parts sales and usage to forecast demand

• ensure correct packaging, labelling and storage of parts

• handle claims for missing or defective parts with suppliers

• prepare parts performance and sales reports for management

• support marketing and promotions for parts sales

What knowledge and skills should you have?

• secondary or university education, preferably in automotive engineering or related field

• experience in technical support, diagnostics, or aftersales within automotive industry

• experience in car repair

• strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics

• experience working with dealer networks is an advantage

• ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions

• good communication and presentation skills (for trainings)

• proactive and structured approach to work

• good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is an advantage

• knowledge of Slovak is required
