Your Tasks
KAM Executive part:
- Support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) with analytical and administrative tasks
- Work on data-driven projects including forecasts, profitability, assortment, and promo planning
- Help execute joint business activities with major customers (e.g. promotions, listings)
- Analyze market and competitor data, as well as internal performance insights
- Support ROI & Revenue Growth topics alongside the KAM
- Act as an "implant" (embedded analyst role) for a strategic retail client
- Share insights with the field team and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate across departments – Customer Service, Finance, Marketing
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst part:
- Steer RGM levers with focus on pricing & promo
- Define and create promo management, including list of best working promo per customer/per product category
- Define promo strategy by category & sales channels
- Drive promo effectiveness: regular promo pre-evaluation, post-evaluation of key promotion per customers. Identify optimization opportunities
- Steer a portfolio pricing strategy that maximizes pricing we can take in the market & consumer value offtake
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity
- Work closely with Sales & Shopper team to develop long term promo & pricing strategy
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and prioritize business growth opportunities and develop integrated business plans
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Business; we’re open to recent graduates
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, functions); confident in PowerPoint & Word
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
- English: intermediate level, written & spoken
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret complex data, build scenarios, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multitasking and shifting priorities
- Communicative and assertive personality
- Fast learner with a proactive, process-oriented approach
- Based in Bratislava or nearby
