Interested what your tasks will be?

• Processing financial data on a daily basis

• Issuing occurred while booking, make correction postings

• Performing financial analyses

• Preparing account reconciliations

• Preparing and posting manual journal entries, ensure all MJEs contain appropriate supporting documentation

• Proactive reporting and resolution of unreconciled / reconciling items, propose solutions and remediation

• Ensure all legislative requirements are completed on time

• Assisting with special projects on various topics as needed, assist in identifying and implementing process improvements, proactive application of CI culture

• Ensure internal processes are in compliance with corporate policies, procedures and SOX requirements

• Preparing reports for auditors / management / internal customers on regular basis

• Performing month end close activities as per deadline

This role requires to work 25% US Time.
Working patterns for US shift are 13:30 – 22:00 (Mon – Friday)
There are extra benefits for employees covering US time:

• 30% hourly bonus for every complete shift worked US time

• One additional meal voucher per day during US time shift

The starting salary is at min 1 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.

What kind of energy are we looking for?

• Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the Finance department

• Accounting / reporting overview

• MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint), ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle is preferred)

• C1 level of English, communicative, collaborative and team player

• Analytical skills

• Willing to develop, learn, proactive attitude, flexibility, engagement is always a plus

• Customer and result oriented, someone who wants to act as a true Business partner
