Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

What will be your role?

• You will serve as the main point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) teams across MOBIS European subsidiaries in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain.

• Align and standardize employee relations practices while sharing best practices through the regional ER network.

• Participate in the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of collective agreements and related wage agreements in cooperation with local management and the Employee Relations team.

• Support the identification and reporting of ER-related risks by monitoring workplace and labor relations trends and communicating relevant findings to company management.

• Under the guidance of the ER Manager, support simple to moderately complex workplace investigations while ensuring confidentiality, impartiality, and fairness.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of ER-related training programs for supervisors and operations managers (e.g., fundamentals of labor law, communication skills).

• Travel occasionally to other MOBIS locations across Europe to support ER activities and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Working knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, and trade union practices in Slovakia or other EU countries (e.g., the Czech Republic, Hungary).

• Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build trust among employees, trade unions, and company management.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee relations matters.

• Knowledge of Czech, Hungarian, and Korean languages is considered an advantage.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for business purposes.
