Your tasks:

• Lead the Banking business consulting team and be responsible for projects which create target operating models, system migrations, process improvements, change management, creating business strategies, IT architecture, software implementation and more
• Motivate your team and ensure professional development of each if its members by utilizing Synpulse’s wide range of development opportunities
• Excel on the execution of projects by active client facing consulting to understand their vision and needs
• Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term customer success, transform business requirements into solutions and understand strategic business needs and plans to sustain growth
• End-to-end project delivery and quality responsibility including transition to post-go-live phases
• Review and analyze different aspects of our clients’ business to provide suggestions for improvement
• Develop and lead the preparation, management, and implementation of business projects

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in business consulting of banking clients and overall 5+ years of professional experience in Banking
• Familiarity with business models of banks
• Brings IT and technology as well as affinity to methods
• Led teams of 8 people or more
• Performed as project manager at medium or large-sized strategy or IT projects
• Holds a Master’s degree from a good university 
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to client’s site in Europe on a regular basis
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
