Finance Analyst with German – Accounts Receivable & Customer Solutions

Are you fluent in German and English and interested in finance, customer communication and problem-solving?Join an international Financial Operations team where you will support business customers with invoice, payment and accounts receivable queries.
You will combine financial analysis with direct customer communication, helping customers resolve outstanding balances, disputed invoices and payment-related issues.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, building professional relationships and finding practical solutions in an international environment. 

- Manage accounts receivable and credit collection activities for assigned business customers.
- Review aging reports, monitor outstanding balances and support the achievement of collection targets.
- Investigate unpaid invoices, disputed amounts and payment discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email to resolve invoicing and payment-related queries.
- Reconcile open receivables with customer records and ensure timely payment collection.
- Cooperate with sales, finance and other internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases and escalations.
- Build trusted relationships with customers while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and participate in cross-functional projects.
