As a Junior Media Specialist, you'll lead the development and management of media plans, ensuring they effectively reach and engage target audiences. You'll work hand-in-hand with clients to deliver innovative solutions, analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Stay ahead of the game by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, shaping the future of media in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your key day-to-day tasks will include

  • Support and Assist: Assist the Account Manager and Account Director with a variety of tasks, including managing media bookings, compiling competitive analysis and research, tracking campaign performance, and managing reporting.
  • Communicate and Collaborate: Foster strong relationships by communicating effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
  • Plan and Execute campaigns across all paid media channels, ensuring each campaign is executed flawlessly.
  • Analyze and Recommend: Post-evaluate campaign results and provide insightful recommendations to clients, backed by comprehensive reporting.
  • Monitor Campaigns: Conduct weekly monitoring of all campaigns to identify and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Co-Create Ideas: Actively participate in the creation of communication ideas and strategies for clients and brands, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with program changes, audience viewing figures (TV & digital), circulation/readership figures (print), listener numbers (radio), and new media developments.
  • Learn and Grow: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and strategy sessions, always seeking to learn and develop new skills.
