Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As an Order Fulfillment Representative, you play a pivotal role in delivering a smooth, reliable, and customer‑focused order experience. Your work ensures that every order is processed accurately, every internal partner stays aligned, and every customer receives timely, transparent updates. By coordinating across planning, logistics, warehousing, production, and customer support, you directly influence our operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your impact is visible in every on‑time delivery, every resolved issue, and every customer who feels confident choosing us again.
This is an on-site job, open in our Fluid Conveyance plant in Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia.
Order Management & Coordination
Process and validate customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate pricing, quantities, and availability.
Coordinate with planning, warehouse, logistics, and production to secure timely fulfillment and resolve delays.
Customer Communication & Support
Serve as the primary contact for order status, availability, delivery updates, and inquiries.
Provide shipment updates and manage escalations or complaints professionally.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Partner with planning, procurement, warehousing, finance, and quality teams.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and order accuracy.

- Understanding of order fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain basics.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and work independently.
- Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- English level B2+ (spoken and written).
