O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves international client contact, but also enjoys diving into product regulations ? As our International Customer Coordinator, you will manage a large international client portfolio in close collaboration with colleagues in Asia, ensuring seamless order processing while strictly adhering to OEKO-TEX® certification standards. A typical day involves coordinating communication between global customers and internal departments, solving certification issues, and preparing accurate price quotes.

 

The key responsibilities are:

 

  • Managing a large client portfolio, including regular communication and data updates.

  • Actively collaborate with the sales team and customers on an international level to ensure the smooth processing of orders and compliance with OEKO-TEX certification standards.

  • Prepare price quotes based on customer requirements while adhering to product guidelines and regulations.

  • Coordinating between customers and internal departments to address issues related to certification and quality.

  • Occasional visits to customers to support and strengthen business relationships.

  • Maintaining documentation related to certification processes and customer communication.

  • A typical day involves coordinating communication between customers and internal teams, addressing requests, and preparing quotes.

 

This job requires active knowledge of English, analytical thinking, efficiency, attention to detail, independence, and a high degree of responsibility together with a good understanding of certification processes and requirements.

 

The ideal candidate has the following background:

  • University degree in science or engineering preferable with a strong chemical or biochemical basis

  • Analytical mind, detail oriented and ability to work in a structured way

  • Eager to learn and interested in textile processing

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management within an international environment is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and manages daily tasks

  • Good knowledge on MS office tools
