O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves international client contact, but also enjoys diving into product regulations ? As our International Customer Coordinator, you will manage a large international client portfolio in close collaboration with colleagues in Asia, ensuring seamless order processing while strictly adhering to OEKO-TEX® certification standards. A typical day involves coordinating communication between global customers and internal departments, solving certification issues, and preparing accurate price quotes.
The key responsibilities are:
Managing a large client portfolio, including regular communication and data updates.
Actively collaborate with the sales team and customers on an international level to ensure the smooth processing of orders and compliance with OEKO-TEX certification standards.
Prepare price quotes based on customer requirements while adhering to product guidelines and regulations.
Coordinating between customers and internal departments to address issues related to certification and quality.
Occasional visits to customers to support and strengthen business relationships.
Maintaining documentation related to certification processes and customer communication.
A typical day involves coordinating communication between customers and internal teams, addressing requests, and preparing quotes.
This job requires active knowledge of English, analytical thinking, efficiency, attention to detail, independence, and a high degree of responsibility together with a good understanding of certification processes and requirements.
The ideal candidate has the following background:
University degree in science or engineering preferable with a strong chemical or biochemical basis
Analytical mind, detail oriented and ability to work in a structured way
Eager to learn and interested in textile processing
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management within an international environment is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team
Self-starter who takes ownership and manages daily tasks
Good knowledge on MS office tools
