As a Front Desk & Office Manager, you will be an essential member of our local and international support team. This is a key position for someone who takes pride in creating a well-functioning office environment and enjoys interacting with people daily.

Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for visitors, colleagues, suppliers, and applicants at our office
Welcoming and assisting visitors professionally and warmly
Keeping reception and meeting areas tidy and presentable
Managing incoming mail, deliveries, and general inquiries
Overseeing office supplies, procurement, and maintenance
Coordinating communication across departments, suppliers, and customers
Planning and organizing appointments, meetings, and office events
Supporting management and employees with various administrative tasks
Proactively improving office operations and processes
Handling ad hoc tasks as needed

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar administrative position
Proven experience in direct communication with clients and customers
Fluent Slovak and English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
Positive and proactive personality with a "can-do" attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Reliability, responsibility, and trustworthiness
Someone who enjoys stability and takes pride in the role of Front Office & Office Manager
