This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for smooth office operations and finds long-term satisfaction in a stable, hands-on support role. 

As a Front Desk & Office Assistant, you will be an essential member of our local and international support team. This is a key position for someone who takes pride in creating a well-functioning office environment and enjoys interacting with people daily.

Depending on your assignment and skills, you would focus on the following combination of areas and tasks:

  • Being the first point of contact for visitors (guests, suppliers, applicants, etc.), colleagues and for potential office issues including security in our office in Kosice
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner; processing visitor registration
  • Ensuring that reception and conference area is presentable, with all necessary material
  • Coordinating and performing high level administrative tasks, often of a confidential nature
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting all incoming mail and deliveries to the office
  • Coordinating communication to keep information flowing within departments, between departments, with suppliers, and customers
  • Taking on general procurement tasks, maintaining and ordering appropriate inventory of office supplies
  • Supervising office maintenance and making sure the infrastructure runs smoothly
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating various appointments, meetings, and events both offsite and onsite
  • Supporting management and employees with various administrative tasks
  • Supporting with Refreshment, Coffee, Food, Water supplies, quality control of cleaning services performed by the cleaning service
  • Support facility team and external partners with Occupational Health and Safety inspections, trainings, and audits
  • Proactive office improvement ideas and proposals
  • Ad hoc tasks subject to business needs

  • Language skills: Fluent Slovak and English - written and spoken
  • IT Literacy: Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Share Point, PowerPoint and willingness to use other tools
