The Sales Support team is crucial for Lenovo in order to help our business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for you to become a part of a great team in a fast-growing business, which will bring you many opportunities to develop your carrier, use your potential, influence the processes set up, communicate in foreign languages on a daily basis, and to get the sense of Lenovo business. You will report to Operations Manager.
As Services Sales Support Representative, you will interact with Sales teams, internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management, and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners. This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, validate, and maintain service contracts for Lenovo customers and partners
- Manage contract renewals and registrations efficiently
- Prepare proposals and price quotes in alignment with business needs
- Design and configure solutions to meet customer requirements
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and maintain storage systems
- Collaborate with Sales teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Support customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally
- Analyze, monitor, and document data to improve processes
Position Requirements:
- ideally 1+ year of contract administration experience is advantage
- Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc)
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor, and document data
- Strong written and verbal English and German communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Facilitation and collaboration skills, team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects/priorities
- German language is advantage
