Finance Assistant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our Bratislava office. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in an international finance team. This part-time or internship role will support accounting functions and offer exposure to Workday, our new enterprise system, in addition to IR and AX (legacy systems).

​Possible contract type: part-time or internship. ​

Your focus:

• Upload, post, and transfer incoming invoices/credit notes/debit notes into internal systems (IR and AX).
• Support the team in transitioning and using Workday, our new ERP system.
• Process and check travel claims, travel allowances, and assist employees with business trip records.
• Book employee-related costs into IR.
• Create and update supplier and employee records in AX, IR, and Workday.
• Perform ad hoc administrative or accounting tasks assigned by your direct supervisor or team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Motivated, reliable, and punctual with a strong willingness to learn.
  
• Student or recent graduate in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Previous experience with accounting systems like AX or Workday is an advantage.
• Any previous experience in a finance or administrative support role is welcomed.
