Test Developer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Active participation on software development to ensure testability of requirements, usability of user interface design, more accurate effort estimations, etc.
• Ensure the effective implementation of test strategy in collaboration with Product Owner and other technical roles (e.g. test developers, software developers, product managers etc.)
• Design test cases based on requirements and use cases
• Implement automated tests and perform manual tests
• Establish and maintain the test environment
• Maintain traceability of tests to requirements
• Report defects and retest the bug fixes
• Help to ensure that developed product adheres to non-functional requirements by executing tests targeted to these business values (stability, performance, error handling, etc.)
• Create test documentation (e.g. Test Plan, Test Report, etc.)
• Report to the stakeholders
• Provide feedback on quality and consistency of requirements and specifications (testability of requirements, usability of user interface, more accurate effort estimations, etc.)
• Assists Product Owner to solve business issues related to testing

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Must have
• Experience in SW development or testing 4+ years
• Experience with test automation and tools (mainly Selenium and Robot Framework)
• Knowledge of SW testing methodologies, processes and strategies
• Experience with object-oriented programming/scripting language (e.g.: Python, Bash...)
• Experience with source code management tools (e.g. Git)
• Analytical and systematic working style
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have
• Experience with agile development methods
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with Jira
• Basic knowledge in analog/digital circuit technology
