Resource Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Resource Manager you will be responsible for Staffing and ResourcePlanning for one or more areas within Professional Services byassessing talent capabilities or availability and aligning themto project requirements of moderate scope.

What you will be doing:

• Apply the Epicor deployment methodology having functional, technical and industry specific knowledge to take an organized, strategic approach to fill roles, with an eye for practice development and resource optimization. 
• Effectively and efficiently schedule and coordinate professional services consultants for Epicor client engagements within assigned area of responsibility (includes learning the Epicor supported PSA systems, as well as a detailed understanding of the professional services engagement principles, tools, and methodologies).
• Monitor weekly resource availability (or bench) reporting.
• Responsible for third party resource scheduling and adherence to procedural policy.
• Continually promote a positive working relationships with Professional Services/Project Management Office (PMO).
• Identify scarce skill needs, risk areas i.e. supply/demand, over/understaffed, shortage of a specific skill and review with manager. 
• Contribute and implement ideas and action plans to improve the RMO planning and scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with our Partner community to staff subcontractors as necessary.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
