About innixus

Innixus is an advisory and consulting firm specializing in go-to-market (GTM), sales, and business development for cybersecurity and technology startups.

We also design and operate startup programs, working closely with founders and partners to help early-stage companies grow through structured programs, community, and practical, real-world execution.

Information about the position

We are looking for a hands-on marketing specialist/lead to own marketing activities and strategy across innixus and the startup programs we run.

This role is designed for someone who is comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for outcomes, and collaborating with external partners when needed. You will be the internal marketing resource, with the freedom, and responsibility, to make marketing work in practice.

What you wil do

• Plan, execute, and maintain marketing activities for Innixus, its startup programs, and selected startup initiatives.

• Develop and manage marketing plans aligned with program goals KPIs, and timelines.
  

• Support/Advise startups with a wide range of marketing activities, including go-to-market planning, early growth initiatives, channel selection, and campaign execution.
  

• Support marketing for accelerator and incubation programs, demo days, events, and community initiatives.
  

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities where relevant (website, social media, email, basic CRM, paid campaigns).
  

• Coordinate with external specialists (e.g. graphic designers, web developers, agencies) to deliver marketing assets and campaigns.
  

• Prepare briefs, review deliverables, and ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution.
  

• Ensure consistency of messaging and materials across innixus, programs, and startups.
  

• Track progress and adjust marketing activities based on results and feedback.

Requirements 

Experience

• Proven mid–senior experience in marketing

• Has worked in early-stage startups or small teams

• Comfortable covering a broad range of marketing activities

• Experience in tech, cyber, SaaS, or startup programs is a plus

• Strong generalist marketing understanding: planning, channels, execution, coordination

• Able to move between strategy and hands-on work

• Excellent written and spoken English is a must

• Organised, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented

• Proactive and practical

• Common sense 

Location - Bratislava; hybrid working model possible

Wage (gross) - 2500 EUR/month
