Global Maintenance Excellence Lead

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Purpose and Mission

As a Global Change Agent – Maintenance, you will drive the global deployment, harmonization and continuous improvement of maintenance and asset management processes across Bekaert plants worldwide. Your mission is to ensure strong adoption of global maintenance standards, maximize value from SAP PM / SAP EAM, and support plants in building mature, reliable and data-driven maintenance organizations.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Act as a global expert for maintenance processes and SAP PM / SAP EAM usage
• Support and coach plants on end-to-end maintenance workflows (from notification to work order closure)
• Drive process alignment and data quality across regions
• Design, optimize and support:  

- Equipment and functional location structures

- Preventive maintenance plans (time- and counter-based)

-Task lists, BOMs, work order and notification types

• Provide expertise in maintenance strategy, reliability and asset management:  

- Spare parts and storeroom management

- Reliability data analysis and RCA

- Predictive and autonomous maintenance programs

- Cost control and budgeting

• Lead and support change management during global rollouts
• Train and coach plant teams through workshops and on-site support
• Use Power BI and maintenance dashboards to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Report progress and improvement opportunities to global leadership

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability or Asset Management
• Expert knowledge of SAP PM / SAP EAM (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, execution and optimization
• Experience with Power BI, reporting platforms and maintenance data
• Proven change agent mindset with strong coaching and communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a global, multicultural environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)
