Supply Chain Planner

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

ZDRPP SK Plant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Planner to support daily operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the right quantity of products at the right time, place, and cost with standard data operation and daily analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accept customer orders and forecasts from customer EDI or email.

2. Place and maintain accurate sales orders in SAP based on customer forecasts and official orders.

3. Arrange shipment date according to customer order requirements, issue delivery notes in SAP, and coordinate warehouse shipping arrangement.

4. Communicate with customers to provide effective solutions for abnormal issues and ensure continuous customer production.

5. Prepare and organize complete customs clearance documents for cross-border shipment.

6. Conduct routine data statistics, operational sorting and daily supply chain & logistics follow-up.

7. Complete other temporary tasks arranged by superiors.

Additional Note

This position requires short-term business trips to Germany, with an expected duration of up to 6 months (subject to actual work arrangements).

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing logistics and supply chain planning.

  3. Solid professional knowledge of supply chain operation and relevant business process.

  4. Familiar with SAP MM/PP/WM/SD modules is an advantage.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  6. Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking capability.

  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Ability to work independently and cooperate with cross-functional teams.

  9. Fluent in English and native Slovak language.

  10. Familiar with Power Query / Power BI is a strong benefit (not mandatory).
