Project Manager – US hours

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international team and lead complex, large-scale projects in a dynamic customer environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, confidently manages stakeholder relationships, and enjoys driving successful project delivery.

​Working Hours: US Business Hours (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

• Important: the role is potentially short-term, current program is near its end. The cooperation will for sure last till the end of the year  – but there are great expectations to continue the cooperation on another program

​Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular meetings and providing clear project updates.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders while effectively handling challenging situations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous project progress.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and learn project specifics efficiently.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment and learning on the go.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not required.
