Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Lead and drive end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization based on project and stakeholder objectives.
- Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications that guide development and testing teams.
- Configure and parameterize systems to solve specific business challenges and optimize workflows.
- Serve as the primary subject-matter contact for business process clarification throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, architects, developers, QA teams, and additional technical stakeholders.
- Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and validation activities to inform solution design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity UX concepts aligned with customer and business needs.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to methodological improvements within the team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- University degree in a Technology or Information Systems field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software implementation, integration, or digital transformation environments.
- Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and functional design.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and validating technical design documentation.
- Strong understanding of system behavior, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Advanced English and German (B2+) and native Slovak (C2) language skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with modeling tools (BPMN/UML), SQL, API understanding, or UX/UI prototyping tools.
