Pre-sale Engineer / Technical Consultant in Cybersecurity Products

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients’ existing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security policies
• Provide technical recommendations on the implementation of cybersecurity solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC) for clients, partners, and internal teams
• Develop and approve technical requirements (specifications) for projects
• Participate in pilot implementations and technical integrations, including demo environment configuration
• Prepare analytical reports based on project and PoC results
• Offer technical support to business clients
• Plan and oversee support for key clients, ensuring task execution and project progress
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams: develop case studies, battle cards, and presentations
• Maintain and update technical documentation and product comparison materials
• Represent the company at offline events including exhibitions, seminars, conferences, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with corporate IT solutions, preferably in cybersecurity
• Understanding of IT infrastructure architecture and principles of information security
• Skills in structuring technical requirements and preparing project documentation
• Proven experience in delivering presentations and technical consultations
• Proficiency in Office 365, Confluence, CRM systems or equivalents
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and analytical thinking
• Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian; technical English sufficient for reading documentation and conducting meetings
• Knowledge of ESET products is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
