Ciklum is looking for a Middle JavaScript (React) Developer to join our team full-time in Slovakia.

About the role:

As a Middle JavaScript (React) Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working to rebuild an all-in-one membership software platform tailored for optometry and eye care practices. It lets practices create personalized subscription plans—covering eyewear, exam services, and wellness—without relying on insurance. The system automates patient enrollment, billing, communications, and reporting, helping practices.

​Responsibilities:​

• Rebuild the platform on the provided requirements from scratch without seeing the original code
• Ensure the product is delivered on time
• Develop product, deliver features and defects fixes according to the product roadmap with defined standards
• Develop and review feature design documentation and provide inputs/updates to specifications for the solution

​Requirements:​

• Software Design
  • Following best practices and defined standards for implementing the web application
• Software development:
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in React and Typescript
  • React Query, Tailwind CSS
• Quality Assurance:
  • Hands-on experience in writing unit/integration tests
  • Ability to spot the issues using the DevTools
