Description

Algontec is a leading company in the production of plastic components for the automotive industry. One third of the cars produced in Europe have products from our company. We are diversified in terms of customers and have a great human team working here. Thanks to that, we are growing and want to expand our local team in Slovakia.

In this case we look for a Production Manager to run the production of plastic components manufactured with blow moulding technology. We are currently running morning and afternoon shifts. A night shift is also forecasted in the next months.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage a team of 30 to 50 people.

The main tasks would be:

• After internal training, master and control de blow moulding manufacturing process, so you can propose and lead actions for improvement
• Identify areas of improvement in your teams. Prepare and execute a development/training plan for your team
• Manage the different teams in each shift. Communication skills are important
• Calculate and report the KPI’s from your area
• Cost control and resources optimization
• Coordinate with Logistics department the production planning
• Participate with Maintenance team in the problem identification and prioritize the actions / solutions
• Guarantee that the values of the company are respected and followed. Assure that 5S and security protocols are respected
