Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Senior Product Owner Trading & Brokerage at Bitcoin Suisse, you will play a crucial role in connecting IT and business within Bitcoin Suisse’s core trading and credit division, ensuring that our platforms and systems are fit for purpose. This versatile role lets you participate in the fast-paced crypto markets while collaborating with a team of professionals and crypto natives from various backgrounds, presenting an excellent opportunity for professional growth. 

You will have the following responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with trading and credit desks to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements to deliver key roadmap items and system enhancements for trading and credit platforms

• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge 

• Define and track KPIs (volume, P&L impact, latency, system reliability) and use them to prioritize the backlog

• Improve business processes related to our product offering in Trading & Brokerage and Lending

• Foster close collaboration with IT development teams, manage dependencies, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions and up-to-date documentations

• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to ensure features meet FINMA and broader regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with external partners (liquidity providers, exchanges, custodians) on integration roadmaps and dependencies

• Design comprehensive test cases for defined acceptance criteria of user stories, ensuring they are met during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase

• Validate platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive quality assurance for trading and credit platforms

Online Personal Interview

What you bring along?

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• Solid understanding of financial market technologies, protocols and trade lifecycle

• Strong conceptual skills and the ability to create requirements that resolve business needs effectively while surfacing hidden edge cases and keeping maintainability in mind

• Experience in agile product development methodologies and practices as well as incident, problem and release management processes

• Grasp of technology stacks covering APIs, databases, server infrastructure and UI 

• Strong coordinative and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify and address operational challenges

• You actively use AI tools in your daily work and can show concrete examples of where they changed your output

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading platforms is highly desirable

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Fluent in English, German is a plus
