Divisional Quality Director

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Representing the voice of the customer (VOC) within the organization, acting as a key interface between customer and the company
• Being responsible primarily for people development, quality management system, reduction of NQC and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining and updating quality management systems to meet customer specifics requirements
• Defining, launching, and tracking training plans for key functions to make sure that the organization is well trained to meet customer specific requirements
• Developing and deploying succession planning to ensure ongoing development of functional team members
• Supporting customer interface in customer escalations
• Ensuring flawless execution of all the key milestones during the development and launch stage of all new programs as per the SPMP guidelines
• Being responsible for leading top management reviews and reaction plans when KPI are not performing to target
• Having responsibility for policy deployment, including quality targets definition
• Ensuring that all quality KPI deliverables meet budgetary requirements
• Driving and accelerating the SES (Expected Quality) and Core tools within the divisional perimeter
• Developing and driving continuous improvement activities towards reducing/eliminating non quality costs (NQC)
• Driving escalation process to the top management in the event of a major disruption or sensitive situation impacting the organization
• Being responsible for monthly divisional report out to the executive leadership

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Engineering degree or related field degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Engineer experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack up applications
• Advanced knowledge with customer specific program development, e.g. AIAG Automotive Core Tools
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and automotive quality standards (ISO, IATF, VDA)
• Experience with product warranty documentation
• Strong experience in customer relations.
• Proven experience in leadership and mentoring of quality functional team members
• Advanced project management skills using Microsoft applications
• Demonstrated competency in the use of problem-solving tools, e.g., 5 why, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Active knowledge of English language
• High personal motivation and desire to succeed
