What you will do
As a Senior HR Team Lead, you will manage and guide a team of 10 HR Operations professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational goals. You’ll foster a performance-driven culture, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain strong relationships across HR functions and stakeholders.
How you will do it
Lead and manage the HR Operations team in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests within the designated HR systems.
Promote a metrics-driven culture by:
Creating and customizing dashboards to prioritize team and individual workloads.
Setting clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Develop and coach team members through ongoing feedback, mentoring, and professional development planning.
Foster a positive working environment and strong internal/external relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate actively with key stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll).
Ensure compliance with HRSSC transactional processes and regulatory requirements.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Workday and other HR systems, including case management and knowledge bases.
Resolve discrepancies and issues promptly and effectively.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Conduct process analysis, optimization, and documentation for audits and internal requests.
Perform data corrections and analysis within Workday, including potential system extensions.
Maintain cooperative relationships with employee representatives and ensure compliance with labor law requirements (e.g., hiring, job changes, terminations).
Manage compensation and benefits processes such as bonuses, anniversaries, and salary reviews.
Lead and support various national and international HR projects.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What we look for
Required
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a service delivery environment, preferably in HR or Operations.
Proven track record of implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., process optimization, automation).
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills for personnel controlling and data-driven decision-making.
Quick comprehension of complex processes and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading global or regional projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Proficiency in continuous improvement, change management, and data analysis.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of labor law and works constitution act.
Experience with database management systems, especially Workday.
Familiarity with office administration tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint.
