Seeking experienced Project Manager to lead exciting projects!

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and help us lead projects from conception to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for managing teams and delivering successful outcomes, we want to hear from you!

The key responsibilities that apply for this position are:

• manage P0 and P1 projects by respecting timing and budget,
• lead daily QRQC project meetings,
• planning of tasks and deadlines for concrete projects,
• regular control of accomplishment of given tasks,
• coordination of steps with related departments,
• taking of strategic decisions,
• communication with customer,
• appraisal of working performance of PTM members.
Others duties:
• To apply quality concepts, tools and standards.
• Create, maintain and respect managers systems regarding the quality, environmental, health, safety, fire protection and other internal and external rules.
• To define and implement the most efficient approach to innovation.
• Identifying cross-project issues in the P1 and P0 pipeline and proposing solutions.
• Consolidating, balancing and supervising the P1 and P0 project budget.
• Managing the transition of projects from project phase to serial production.
• Preparation to PMC (Project Management Committee):
- Planning, Agenda, Minutes.
- Record of decisions and follow-up on actions.
• Empowering team by defining and transferring responsibilities and the resources to the teams, so that they can develop their autonomy (i.e. satisfy their customer, solve detected problems and improve continuously by themselves).
• Define, maintain and improve standards.
• Access to all documentation of managed projects.
• Access to certain personal data of managed employees.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
