Head of Contract Manufacturing Business

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Reports To

Managing Director

Is responsible for the overall strategic, commercial, and operational management of the Contract Manufacturing Business, for sustainable growth, profitability, customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Contract Manufacturing Business strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives.

• Manage and expand the customer portfolio to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term development activities.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.

• Lead commercial negotiations regarding contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreements.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and contract manufacturing projects.

• P&L responsibility for the Contract Manufacturing Business.

• Secure on-time delivery of Contract Manufacturing projects.

• Monitor customer and project profitability and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Contract Manufacturing Business team.
