Admin / DevOps engineer (fintech)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Our client is a globally focused fintech company based in Bratislava that aims to transform the way people understand and manage their finances.

As an Admin / DevOps Engineer, you will have a seat at the table where technology and product evolution are decided. You will help maintain and evolve client´s infrastructure anddeployment pipelines.You will work closely with the CTO, AI/ML Data Scientists, and Developers, having a significant voice in how the platform evolves.

Summary of the role:

• Infrastructure as Code: Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based environments and containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes.

• CI/CD Excellence: Build and optimize deployment pipelines to ensure a seamless flow from code to production.

• Automation First: Eliminate manual tasks using Bash scripting and automated operational tooling.

• Security & Networking: Manage networking components and implement secure secret management solutions to protect sensitive financial data.

• Performance Monitoring: Use Grafana and Prometheus to monitor system reliability and performance, ensuring 24/7 availability for global users.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• AWS cloud platform
• CI/CD– hands-on experience designing and maintaining pipelines
• Networking– good understanding of network fundamentals
• Docker & Kubernetes– practical experience with container orchestration
• Secret Management– experience handling sensitive configuration securely
• Linux– strong system administration experience
• Bash– solid scripting and automation skills

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)​​
