Head of Communication

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Developing and implementing the corporate communications strategy in line with the company’s positioning and Group strategy

• Leading the Corporate Communications Team with functional and disciplinary responsibility

• Acting as the central communication authority and official company spokesperson

• Advising the CEO and Executive Management on strategic communication matters

• Managing external communications, media relations and key stakeholder relationships

• Strengthening the company’s reputation, credibility and consistent market positioning

• Leading internal communications, employee engagement and change communication initiatives

• Leading crisis communication and managing reputational issues

• Ensuring aligned messaging and close cooperation with Marketing, HR, Legal and Group Communications

• Planning, managing and monitoring the communications budget and ensuring cost efficiency

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or team leader role in corporate communications or public relations of an international company

• Proven experience in media relations and public-facing communication

• Established network within the media landscape

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams

• Retail industry experience is an advantage

• Excellent command of English language

• Valid Class B driver’s license

• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• Relationship-oriented, approachable, and confident

• Dynamic, flexible, and open to new approaches

• Resilient and able to perform under pressure

• Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
