Technical support specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support dealer network and service operations for Chery in Slovakia. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality aftersales support, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong collaboration with dealers during market launch and further development.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• provide technical support to dealers and service personnel
• diagnose and resolve complex product issues remotely or on-site
• prepare and distribute technical bulletins, service manuals, and updates
• conduct technical training sessions for dealer service teams
• gather and analyze field data on product performance and failures
• cooperate with manufacturer’s engineers to resolve complex technical issues
• support warranty claim validation with technical assessments
• maintain technical documentation and knowledge database
• assist in preparation of product improvement and quality reports
• ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements

What knowledge and skills should you have?

• secondary or university education, preferably in automotive engineering or related field
• experience in technical support, diagnostics, or aftersales within automotive industry
• strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
• experience working with dealer networks is an advantage
• ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions
• good communication and presentation skills (for trainings)
• proactive and structured approach to work
• good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is an advantage
• knowledge of Slovak is required
