About the Role

As an Automated Quality Analyst, you'll ensure excellence in our market-leading underwriting solution, maintaining Magnum's stellar reputation across our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper system functionality
- Identify and track issues through to successful resolution
- Participate in UAT cycles for software releases
- Manage regression test packs aligned with new features
- Support test automation initiatives within projects

As a market leading software for automated underwriting worldwide, Magnum is catering to a steadily growing base of installed clients with dedicated teams from US to Europe and Asia. You're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a knack for identifying potential issues before they impact users. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a product that's making a real difference in the insurance industry.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in software testing and defect lifecycle management
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, AML)
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Web technologies, API testing, and SQL databases
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills


These are additional nice to haves:

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Automation development experience (UiPath Studio preferred; BDD, Selenium, Postman, Visual Studio)
- Exposure to Agile Methodology
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
