European Business & Development Team: Program Manager Vacancy

We are looking for a skilled professional to expand our European Business & Development team and support our accelerating business growth and ongoing operational expansion. If you are an experienced specialist skilled in program management, qualified in industrial engineering, and possess proficient communication skills with fluent English, you might be the perfect candidate to join our team. In this role, your agenda will focus on launching new projects through the stage-gate process, managing customer milestones, and ensuring overall program health. You will hold full accountability for specific OEMs and regions.

As a qualified Program Manager, you will lead and drive technical proposals to perfectly align with customer expectations. Following the launch phase and Start of Production (SOP), you will take full responsibility for the program until its End of Life (EOL).

Direct client contact, cultivating strong customer relationships, and managing quotations will be core parts of your daily scope.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• we require minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the role 
  
• excellent communication skills in Slovak & English is MUST
• detailed oriented, consistency and focus on the goal
• even though it is a managerial position, the candidate must be able to execute and  perfom admin work,
• negotiation skills
• to be a team player is essential in this role, since you have in your hands the efficiency management of the programs that is not about being a single player
