To strengthen our Bratislava-based Shared Service Center, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Master Data Administrator.

What you’ll do

As a Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor master data in our ERP system and ensuring all records are compliant, timely, and accurate.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling incoming requests related to vendor data: creation, updates, approvals, and follow-up

• Communicating with internal teams to resolve queries or unclear data

• Performing regular reviews and updates of the internal database

• Supporting month-end closing and SOX-related controls

• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization

• Assisting in resolving aged items or long-standing data issues

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role (SSC experience is a plus)
• Completed secondary school with school-leaving exam or university education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with experience in multicultural environment
• Proactive mindset
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
