Be part of a dynamic and motivated team which is responsible for the development, integration and management of the ServiceNow platform at Erste including an enterprise CMDB, ITSM processes, service request portal, security operations, risk management and many other modules. Our main goal is to provide fully automated IT services in a user-friendly self-service environment.

What to do:

• You will be part of the platform team which continuously develops, extends, and improves the ServiceNow platform.

• Since the platform at Erste is growing rapidly and now includes extensive functionality, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills several areas of interest.

• You will support the team with the implementation of several large projects using a wide range of ServiceNow products.

• You will work in an agile self-driven team and support our culture of strong teamwork ethic.

• You will have the option to travel to Erste’s headquarters in Vienna from time to time and to visit important ServiceNow trainings and conferences.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 3000,- gross per month for this full time position. Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
You check these boxes:

• Some experience with working in the ServiceNow platform.

• Knowledge of any of the processes, which are running on ServiceNow (ITSM, SecOps, etc.)

• You will be expected to interact with platform stakeholders, understanding new requirements and converting them into ServiceNow stories.

• General knowledge of ICT infrastructure will be a substantial advantage.

• Able to work independently taking full responsibility for all aspects of defined tasks in the context of agile teams.

• Good English skills.
