O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Prime duties and responsibilities

  • Review, analysis and follow up on quotes, sample activity and design registrations with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and distributors in the region

  • Key interface between customer/distributor and internal teams (e.g. business units (BU), price marketing, sales, etc)

  • Approve distributors´ design registrations as per defined thresholds

  • New customer creation in ModelN (quoting and design registration tool)

  • Analysis of distributor sales reports vs history and projected forecasts, identify lost businesses

  • Regular review and analysis of quote, sample and transfer biz log and follow up/qualification of identified key business opportunities with Diodes Sales team members

  • Participation on events, trade fair shows and meetings at distributor offices

  • Weekly report on won biz and key new business opportunities identified from quote, sample & PPAP requests

  • Monthly report on updated transfer biz log regarding lost business and new sales wins identified

  • Regular review meetings with Diodes sales team primarily in the Diodes European Sales Offices, as well as with key customers on demand

  • Key new business opportunities identified from quote, sample & design registration reports and qualified with local distribution partners

  • Lost business and new sales wins report identified from distribution POS reports

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Key Requirements (Education, Experience, Key Skills & Attributes)

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B environment

  • Several years’ experience in a fulfilment function (inside sales, customer service or planning) at a manufacturer/distributor/semiconductor or other electronic components

  • Solid network into the European semiconductor industry would be desirable

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Good analytical skills (mainly through use of Excel) and capability to analyse large amounts of data and report Effectively on this to others

  • Pragmatic & accountable work style combined with good analytic skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Self-driven, self-motivated with autonomous work-style

  • Accountable and objective/success driven

  • Strive for ownership & task conclusion

  • Motivating good team worker

  • Another European language, desirably Italian or French
