​Your goal will be to plan, design, and code applications using best practices and modern technologies, from idea or concept to final product. Creating Unit Tests, debugging the applications and maintaining the code. ​

Job responsibilities

Development & Engineering

• Full lifecycle application development — from design through deployment and maintenance 
• Designing, coding, and debugging applications across multiple software languages 
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, and software review 
• Identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis 
• Software modelling and simulation 
• Performance tuning, improvement, and usability 
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality 
• Integrate software with existing systems 
• Actively use AI-assisted development tools (coding assistants, AI code review, generation) as part of the standard development workflow to improve speed and output quality 

Quality Assurance

• Software testing including unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews 
• Maintain relevant standards compliance and production-readiness of all deliverables 
• Apply critical thinking and personal ownership to every piece of code shipped — including AI-generated output 

Technology & Innovation

• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation 
• Drive occasional PoC initiatives to test new tools or approaches — with honest assessment of practical value and production viability 
• Stay curious about emerging technologies and proactively share relevant findings with the team 

Key requirements

Education & Experience

• University education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field 
• 3+ years of experience in C# .NET services and application development for on-premise environments 

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, WebSocket 
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server 
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows 
• Active hands-on experience with AI coding assistants — GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code (personal or professional use both accepted)

• Self-driven team member of a high-performing development team who cares about team culture and takes pride in the quality of shared outcomes 
• Innovative mindset — comfortable prototyping new ideas while keeping production quality in mind 
• Strong sense of ownership: does not over-rely on tooling (including AI) as a substitute for understanding 
• Openness to continuously learning and adopting new AI tools as the landscape evolves 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Intermediate+ spoken and written English 

Nice to Have

• Frontend development experience — Angular preferred, other modern frameworks (React, Vue) also considered 
• Experience with Prism framework or DirectX 
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases 
• Experience with Azure DevOps
