Senior Business Analyst (Insurance Domain)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Serve as the lead of the analytical team, guiding analysts in the delivery of high-quality business and technical analysis across insurance-focused projects.
• Lead the collection, evaluation, and transformation of complex client business requirements into comprehensive analytical and functional documentation.
• Act as a domain expert bridging business needs and technical solutions within insurance systems (e.g. policy administration, claims, underwriting workflows).
• Perform in-depth technical analysis of existing insurance application functionalities and database structures in response to new business needs or regulatory changes.
• Identify gaps and propose scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Design and validate system architecture and cross-functional workflows to support new insurance features and integrations.
• Collaborate with software architects and developers to ensure feasibility, consistency, and performance, resulting in a detailed technical specification that serves as the development team's implementation assignment.
• Support internal testing efforts through the preparation of test scenarios, validation rules, and system behaviors.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and regular alignment meetings with clients and internal development teams.
