O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Design and implement a strategic vision for the customer service department to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, including task coordination and quality assurance
Lead and develop the customer service team with a strong focus on people management, motivation, and performance
Handle customer communication—manage inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly
Review and optimize CRM/ERP systems, including defining order parameters and process workflows
Manage purchase activities—both strategic and operational purchasing, negotiating supplier contracts, and running tender processes
Drive supply chain efficiency through relationship management and process improvement
Represent the company in key interactions with customers and suppliers

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, procurement, or supply chain management
Proven ability to independently design and implement process improvements
Strong background in supplier relationship management and negotiation of purchasing terms
Demonstrated leadership skills with a people-centric management approach
Customer- and supplier-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English, with confidence in professional and business communication
Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven approach
