Junior Global Social Media Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent junior social media specialist to join ESET’s Global Social Media Team. Working with a team of experienced professionals, you will work across multiple platforms, helping to boost our brand awareness and reputation with online consumer and business audiences worldwide. The role entails content creation, publishing, community management and reporting, while adopting trends and best practices.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive and has global outlook, fascination with technology and ability to work in a fast-paced team. 

##Job Responsibilities:##

- Deliver creative content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok), participate in ideation and creation of engaging content on a daily basis. 
- Provide daily moderation (responding to messages and comments) and community management across all platforms. 
- Ensure regular "content hunting", so our social media reflects current trends, campaigns and timely moments that can increase visibility and organic reach.  
- Create monthly Social Media News update for internal audiences, including regional teams and partners worldwide.  
- Create monthly LinkedIn Newsletter, with a primary focus on B2B audiences.  
- Prepare a monthly social media performance report for the Global PR and Communications department. 

##Qualifications and requirements:##

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing 
- At least one year of work experience with social media, digital  marketing or content creation. 
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). 
- Demonstrable experience in social media management. 
- Experience with mobile video content creation and editing (such as CapCut). 
- English - C1 level
- Communication skills: Be able to present and clearly communicate own proposals and solutions. Be responsive in communications and demonstrate a sense of urgency
