Product Manager

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to oversee our portfolio of process monitoring solutions (maXYmos TL/BL) along with related accessories and software tools. In this role, you will shape the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that strengthen our position in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for maXYmos TL/BL devices, accessories, and supporting software
  

• Define and evolve product strategy to match customer requirements and business objectives
  

• Identify new opportunities by monitoring industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
  

• Initiate and guide development of new products, manage updates for existing ones, and phase out discontinued items
  

• Collaborate with sales, service, production, and R&D to ensure smooth product delivery and support
  

• Prepare and maintain product-related documents, such as manuals, datasheets, and promotional materials
  

• Conduct financial analyses including profitability studies, investment assessments, and product tracking
  

• Develop pricing strategies and define product specifications through clear requirement documents
  

• Translate customer needs into practical solutions and share application expertise internally and externally
  

• Provide training to internal teams and customers when needed
  

• Partner with marketing to design and implement campaigns, trade show participation, and product launches
  

• Mentor and guide trainees or interns on product-related tasks

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management
  

• University degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
  

• Strong analytical skills and focus on quality
  

• Familiarity with software engineering concepts
  

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  

• Willingness to travel up to 40% internationally
