Senior Product Manager – LAB CAD/CAM Equipment

Join us at the start of an exciting journey in Slovakia. We’re launching a new team and setting up our operations from the ground up — an opportunity for you to leave your mark on how we work, collaborate, and grow.

You will also step into a high-impact position within one of the most innovative segments of digital dentistry. As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll actively shape the direction of our LAB CAD/CAM portfolio and contribute to solutions used by dental professionals worldwide.

• Take ownership of and further develop our LAB CAD/CAM product portfolio
• Act as the key point of contact for your products – both internally and externally
• Drive continuous improvement of products with a strong focus on usability, market potential, and customer value
• Monitor market trends and competitors; conduct detailed analyses to identify opportunities for growth
• Lead development projects and work closely with cross-functional teams
• Support and train the global sales organization; participate in customer workshops, user trainings, and international trade fairs
• Travel internationally (approx. 50%) as part of regular business operations

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Dental Technology or a related field with a (dental) technical background
• Ideally, experience in the dental or medical technology sector
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management
• Solid understanding of the dental market is a strong advantage
• Certified Medical Device Consultant qualification is an asset
• Fluency in German and English (written & spoken), with confident use of MS Office and modern collaboration tools
