Incoming Quality Control Technician

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Incoming Quality Control Engineer  – a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in measurement and experimentation to support laboratory work. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing materials, measuring product dimensions, performing daily inspections and managing the placement and maintenance of testing equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the incoming testing of materials (plastic), carefully filling out the original testing records and ensuring the accuracy of their testing results, while also focusing on the use and maintenance of high-end chemical analysis instruments；
• Responsible for measuring the dimensions of products, mastering the quantity, and using and maintaining measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, impact measuring instruments, roughness meters, etc;
• Responsible for product cleanliness testing, proficient in the use and maintenance of cleanliness testing related equipment and instruments;
• Responsible for the progress of material testing tasks undertaken, and promptly report any unfinished tasks;
• Communicate with technical engineers in a timely manner if any nonconformities occur during the testing process, jointly analyze the causes of nonconformities, and propose improvement measures；
• Responsible for daily inspection and placement management of testing equipment and tools used, control of environmental conditions in the testing site, and maintenance of 5S;
• Prepare performance reports for trial products and review testing reports from testers；
• Assist in the specific rectification and implementation of issues identified during the second and third party audits；
• Complete some other tasks temporarily arranged by superiors.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor’s degree in measurement & experiment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinate measurement and experimentation
• Knowledge of quality management system standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (for the automotive industry) is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using three-dimensional and experimental equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
