Welcome to Investment & Insurance Experience, part of our Customer Journeys Tribe. Together, we build and evolve digital solutions for investment and insurance that create real value for Erste Bank Österreich and the Austrian Savings Banks – and contribute directly to our ambition of strengthening our customers' Financial Health.

What to do:

• Take technical end-to-end responsibility for our Invest Manager and Insurance applications

• Actively develop and enhance our solutions using Java / Spring Boot, .NET, React and Angular

• Manage and continuously improve applications throughout their technical lifecycle

• Ensure application stability, maintainability and technical sustainability

• Design and evolve APIs, integrations, microservices and event-driven architectures

• Work with Kafka and distributed systems

• Coordinate technical dependencies and collaborate with development teams, analysts, testers, architects and infrastructure partners

• Drive technical improvements and proactively address technical risks and lifecycle topics

• Use and promote AI-assisted development where it creates meaningful value

• Contribute hands-on when technical challenges need to be solved

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 3000,- gross per month for this full time position. Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
You check these boxes:

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Strong experience with React and experience with Angular

• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core

• Experience with microservices, distributed systems and Kafka

• Good understanding of APIs, integrations and event-driven architecture

• Experience in application ownership or technical application lifecycle management

• Experience with Camunda and AI-assisted development is a plus

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum

• A strong hands-on mindset combined with the willingness to take end-to-end responsibility

• A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proficiency in English, German is a plus
